My name is Primrose Monfries MSN/Ed RN. It is indeed an honor and privilege to be the President of this prestigious organization, the Jamaica Nurses’ Association of Florida Inc (JNAF). JNAF has been in existence for over forty years, and I’m truly humbled to serve in this capacity. I’m grateful to the trust that you have placed in me and can assure you that as a team we will work together to abide by our by-laws and maintain the legacy that I have inherited.

JNAF has established itself both locally and internationally engaging with various mission trips, providing education and partnered with several organizations with the aim of improving health and wellness especially in our underserved communities. Therefore, it is important that this tradition continues and serves our motto “Together We Achieve.”

As the President our goals, commitment to mission and service will remain as our main perspective and thereby build on our successes and navigate the opportunities ahead. Due to our organization’s history of dedication, commitment and integrity my priority will be to listen, to learn and to work collaboratively with you to strengthen our mission and expand our impact. By embracing our legacy, we can continue to grow, adapt and serve with purpose.
